Her lifestyle values shape the way she guides the organization – promoting balance, authenticity, and holistic wellbeing in every program.

Inge Novita an accomplished Indonesian National, originally from Jakarta and residing in Bali since 2009. She is the Co – Founder and the Operational Manager of Golden Transform.
With over 25 years distinguished experience in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry, she brings an unparalleled depth of expertise and a refined understanding of cross – cultural engagement.
More than two decades, she’d involved in initiatives in Addiction Rehabilitation, HIV response, and Woman Empowerment, Public Health, Media, Legal Aid Agency and Law Office, combining strategic management, program architecture, and development – crafting innovative, sustainable, and culturally relevant solutions that transcend borders.
Recognized as both a visionary leader and a catalyst for change, she bridges the worlds of industry and social impact, curating programs that not only achieve measurable results but also inspire lasting transformation.
Guided by the principles of integrity, inclusivity, and sustainability, she sees her role not merely as a leading an organization or company, but as shaping a legacy that uplifts communities and inspire change across generations.

Royan Laiqo B.M, with more than 10 years of professional experience, our Supervisor has built his expertise through various leadership and management roles across different industries.
He began her career with PT. Pacto Ltd as Management Leader and Human Resource Organizer, followed by experience in Luxurious Villa and Resort Operations, where he managed sales, marketing, and development. He advanced his skills in digital marketing and product design with Bridge Management, before taking on administrative and marketing coordination at Yayasan Bhinneka Pene.
His passion for rehabilitation and social impact led him to join Pathways Rehabilitation & Treatment Center in 2022, where he supported as Program Development. He then contributed his skills in Legal Administration and Office management at Niala Law Office.
Now, as Supervisor at Golden Transform, he combines his background in management, HR, operations, and creative storytelling to support the company’s mission in Integrative Healthy Tourism Program and Transformative Growth.

Maria Lidiawati is Indonesian National, born in East Java and residing in Bali more than 10 years.
With more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting across corporate and non-governmental organizations, Maria Lidiawati has built a career rooted in precision, integrity, and dedication.
Her professional path expanded into Travel Agencies and NGO sector, where she found a deeper purpose in managing finance for organizations that drive social impact. She has been serving as Finance Manager at YAKEBA Foundation for more than 10 years.
Throughout her career, she has enhanced her expertise through international and national workshops, including the Australia–Indonesia Partnership on Developing Organizational Financial Systems and Procedures, and Financial Capacity training under the Global Fund. Her role as Treasurer of YAKEBA Foundation further reflects her leadership in financial governance.
Passionate about continuous growth, she combines her technical skills in financial management with her experience in organizational development, ensuring that every financial strategy aligns with both operational needs and long-term goals. Her journey reflects resilience, professionalism, and a commitment to empowering organizations through strong financial stewardship.

Beginning a career in tourism industry in the mid-90s, she has since managed diverse programs across domestic and international destinations — from exclusive leisure tours to large-scale Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE). Her portfolio includes curating luxury travel packages, golf tours and tournaments, and incentive trips for both private and corporate clients.
At Golden Transform, she integrates her passion for travel with a strong commitment to service excellence. With skills in strategic planning, event organization, and client care, she ensures that every journey reflects Golden Transform’s vision: luxury, wellness, and transformative experiences that go beyond travel.

He’s an Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta, with a strong academic background in psychology.
Over the years, he have built experience in various professional settings within the field of psychology. As a freelance assessor and assistant psychologist at PT Psycoach Human Integra, where he supported psychological assessments and development programs. Additionally, he gained counseling experience as a tele-counselor through one of an online platforms.
With a combination of academic knowledge and hands-on experience, he’s passionate about contributing to mental health awareness and psychological well-being.
